Located in Crissier, the Gottrause project is an ambitious initiative to support the region’s growth. At the heart of the project, a new, modern gymnasium will be built to accommodate nearly 1,200 students and provide high-quality sports and educational facilities.

Infrastructure tailored to the community

In addition to the gymnasium, a covered sports field will be built to encourage physical activity, with particular attention paid to the functionality and comfort of future users. Housing for seniors and students to meet the region’s demographic needs. An underground car park with 310 spaces on two levels. An outdoor car park with 40 spaces, ensuring optimum accessibility.

Commissioned by Swissroc, Novalla SA is contributing its specialist skills to this major project. Our teams are proud to be contributing to the creation of this exemplary site, which combines modernity, functionality and sustainable commitment.
