Residential building for 93 students and meeting/study spaces intended for students of the University of Geneva.
Novalla SA has particularly focused on the facade, a prominent element of the precast/sandblasted concrete building created by Prelco. Our mission was to thoroughly clean the elements to remove dirt and rust. Finally, the Novalla-I50 hydrophobization was applied to protect and preserve the surface over time and maintain its appearance.
